What are the hours of operation?
Bartlett Law, LLC is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Late afternoon hours may be accommodated upon request.
What are your fees?
Fees are based on a number of considerations, including the type of legal issue and the complexity of the matter. While real estate closings are usually a set fee, probate matter can vary based on the nature of the estate. We are very responsive to discussing fees prior to commencing services.
Would you be able to help me even if you do not practice in the area of law in which I need assistance?
We are more than happy to refer our clients to attorneys throughout the state, and in some cases, in other states, for assistance in areas outside of our practice. It is very common that issues arise in areas in which we do not practice, and we would be glad to discuss the situation with you and point you in the direction of a trusted colleague.
