Elisa Bartlett graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1996 and from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2002, and is the founding member of Bartlett Law, LLC. Prior to practicing in Coventry, Elisa practiced Education Law for five years at a prominent Hartford law firm. While her time in Hartford provided her with invaluable experience and the tools to succeed in any forum, her small town practice is a perfect complement to her lifestyle.
Elisa has continued her practice in the field of Education Law and actively serves as the Disciplinary Hearing Officer and Residency Hearing Officer in a number of school districts in Connecticut. In addition, she frequently represents administrations in these types of matters.
Elisa also has an extensive residential Real Estate practice. She works with both banking institutions and realtors in the Tolland and Windham County areas to ensure that all transactions close as smoothly as possible. In addition, she practices in the areas of Estate Planning and works with clients in drafting their wills, health care forms and powers of attorney. Elisa also works closely with the local Probate Courts, both in the probating of decedent’s estates, and in acting as a court appointed attorney for children in need of advocacy.
